Volunteer at Cold Noses Sanctuary

Weekly Volunteers (16years+)

Weekly volunteers are the backbone of our sanctuary. Our regular volunteers are what keep the animals fed, socialized, and well-cared for. This is a hands-on position. Training our volunteers to work with animals hands-on takes up valuable resources and trust. Weekly volunteers are asked to give at least one day per week (at least 3 hours). Most volunteers will work with all of the animal residents (cats, dogs, horses, goats, donkeys, etc.) and will need to be 16 years or older and have reliable transportation. This is a working farm- which means we get dirty and the work is not glamorous. Work is performed 365 days a year and in all weather conditions.

Drop in Volunteer Projects (All ages)

Occasionally we have bigger projects or projects that can be completed in one day with a group of wonderful volunteers. These are fun, community days and some are suitable for families with children ages 8 and up who are welcome to join in on the fun and hard work as long as they are accompanied by a responsible adult! Community Volunteer events will be posted here as they are available…When you see one you like, go ahead and hit the sign up button and we will see you at the farm!
